Yes. If your eSIM has not been installed or used yet, you can cancel it from your account for a refund — so there is no risk in trying it. Refunds are only available for unused, uninstalled eSIMs and take 3-5 business days to process.

Each eSIM profile installs on one device only and cannot be moved or shared between devices. Buy a separate plan for each device you want to connect.
